Role and Class Leads. These guild members are among the finest and most skilled players in the guild. They know their class and yours better than most. Leading and coordinating raids, recruiting new members and offering sound advice on classes and specs are the primary roles of these officers.
Privileges: Access to officer chat.
Raid Leaders
These are the folks who are responsible for getting us through the raid content. Their #1 responsibility is scheduling and leading raids. They must make sure the raid goes on, even if must be pugged, in addition to making sure they start and end on time. They also are responsible for researching and setting up each group to maximize the benefits of each class. Reports to Raid Coordinator and Activity Director. Dependent upon the recommendations and knowledge of the Role Leaders.

Class and Role leaders are responsible for keeping abreast of the guild members of their same class. Knowing each players' strengths & weaknesses and how they can asset the guild and raids.
Role Leaders
These are right-hands of, and report to, the Raid Leaders. Advising on who is most capable for any job in the raid.
Tanks: TBD
Responsiblites: Advising Raid Leader(s) of who can fulfill requested needs. Responsible for assigning pally buffs, auras and the like in raids. Depend on knowledge of Class Leaders.
Healers: TBD
Responsiblites: Advising Raid Leader(s) of who can fulfill requested needs. Responsible for healing assignments and the like in raids. Depend on knowledge of Class Leaders.
Melee DPS: TBD
Responsiblites: Advising Raid Leader(s) of who can fulfill requested needs. Responsible for assigning kicking orders and the like in raids. Depend on knowledge of Class Leaders.
Ranged DPS: TBD
Responsiblites: Advising Raid Leader(s) of who can fulfill requested needs. Responsible for CC assignments and the like in raids. Depend on knowledge of Class Leaders.
Class Leaders
These are the right-hands of, and report to, the Role Leaders. Advising who is avidly working on bettering their gear and who has the reflexes and skill to fulfill the jobs requested by the Role Leaders. They are also great resources for gameplay tips, gear suggestions, etc.
Mage: Pageman
Responsiblites: Advising Ranged DPS Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. mage tank for Gruul's). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Priest: Halfrek
Responsiblites: Advising appropriate Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. CoH priest for Nightbane or whose Shadow for mana reg buff). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvP Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Warlock: Tadros
Responsiblites: Advising Ranged DPS Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. destro loc for Illhoof). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Paladin: Jarynis
Responsiblites: Advising appropriate Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. pally for healing Maiden or doing eggs on ZA dragonhawk boss). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Warrior: Spamela
Responsiblites: Advising appropriate Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. who would be best dps-er but can still off-tank for a single pull). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Shaman: Sevala
Responsiblites: Advising appropriate Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. chain heal for Curator or one-shot ZA adds). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Rogue: Danakor
Responsiblites: Advising Melee DPS Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. best at kicking Julianne's heals). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Hunter: Nightlotus
Responsiblites: Advising Ranged DPS Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. who has best ice traps). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Druid: Gladivere
Responsiblites: Advising appropriate Role Leader of who can fulfill a certain need (i.e. who is best at taking on the ZA bear boss in bear form). Assisting with class talent builds (specs) and gear wishlists. Advising PvE Coordinator of what instances are needed for them.
Death Knight: TBD
