At this time we are basing your rank (after the initiate 2 week period) on your Be Imba! score. HOWEVER, this is not the final say. If you disagree with your rank, please contact an officer for a Personal assessment (see below).
Nemesis
These are our guild's 1st picks. They know their toons, their classes, their specs. They are actively raiding at least 3 hours every week and are itching to help us progress to the next level as a guild. They know and have obtained the appropriate enchants and gems and achieved most of the gear on their wish list making them on or above target of the dungeons we are running.
Requirements: Must meet the requirements for Vindicator rank. Are very motivated to help the guild progress.
Be Imba! Scores: ZA Geared & Above
DPS: 165
Healer: 175
Tank: 195
Privileges: Raid placement priority on all progression content. Farm content priority over Guardians and Defenders.
Vindicator
Veteran Raider. These guys have been raiding for awhile, have some nice gear and know how to use their class. They are dedicated raiders but aren't quite ready for full time progression raids yet. Because of their commitment to helping gear our guild members by running farm content, Vindicators have priority raid placement on all farm content.
Requirements: Must meet the requirements for Guardian rank.
Be Imba! Scores: Mags/Gruul's Geared
DPS: 150
Healer: 160
Tank: 175
Privileges: Raid placement priority over Guardians and Defenders. Placement priority over Nemeses on farm content.
Guardian
These are our standard raiders. They know their class and perform well. They aren't as well geared as Vindicators or Nemeses but are valued raiders who are willing to put in the effort. Having said that they are still very well geared by comparison to most. Achieving this rank is a sign that you are skilled raider and are dedicated to improving yourself and the guild.
Requirements: Must meet the requirements for Defender rank.
Be Imba! Scores: Kara Geared
DPS: 95
Healer: 100
Tank: 110
Privileges: Raid placement priority over Defenders.
Defender
This is our base raider rank. Attaining this rank requires dedication to improving your skill and your gear. In order to receive this rank you must have attained Karazhan Key and completed the attunement chain. You are allowed to group with other guildies if they want to help you but there is no guild obligation to do so. Attaining this rank is proof that you are willing to put in the effort. If you can pug your way through attunement then you can handle anything that Karazhan can throw at you.
Requirements: Must meet the requirements for Avenger rank. Must have signed up to the guild website and be attuned for kara with minimum gear requirements. Must have the required raid addons installed (Omen, Group Calendar and also have Ventrilo).
Privileges: Defenders are allowed to signup for raids.
